SHIPPING SCHEDULE - Orders are processed MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY between 9 am and 5 pm EST. Orders received by 1:00 pm typically ship the same day. During checkout - you can choose from a variety of shipping options (ground, 3-day, 2-day, or next day). GiftProse ships anywhere within the continental U.S. via FedEx and UPS. Orders are delivered on weekdays only unless Saturday delivery is requested for an extra fee. Prices are based on shipping one gift per shipping address.

Currently, GiftProse can ship internationally via the United States Postal Service, and we can deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses on a case by case bases. All shipping carriers do not guarantee deliveries during severe storms.

FUTURE DELIVERIES - During checkout, you will be given the option to select a future delivery date if you would like the gift to arrive close to a particular date. Simply select the date you want your gift to arrive and we will ship accordingly.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS - Shipping charges are based on sending a single shipping box.

FedEx and UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package you ship to any address within the 48 contiguous states.

If no one is at the destination to receive the package, it will be left at the door unless otherwise requested. An $15.00 additional re-delivery fee may be charged if a second delivery is required or if an incorrect address is provided.

HOSPITAL DELIVERIES - We ship to all hospitals in the United States at no additional charge. Please select Express Delivery shipping method if recipient is expecting a short hospital stay. If you are unsure of how long your intended recipient will be in the hospital, please have the gift shipped to a recipient who can take the gift to the hospital.

Should you elect to ship to a hospital address, please be advised that we assume no responsibility for gifts becoming lost or misplaced within hospitals, failure of the hospital staff to deliver the gift to the patient's room, or gifts arriving after a patient has been dismissed.


SHIPPING CHOCOLATE GIFTS - Gifts containing chocolates should be shipped within one day in warmer months and climates. If the shipping address is located within the 1 day shipping range, then Ground can be used. Otherwise, please select Overnight shipping for your order to ensure that the product will arrive in good form. We also recommend shipping chocolates early in the week rather than just before a weekend so as not to prolong arrival time.
